Product Manager (f/m/d) - Procurement Domain

kfzteile24 is Germany's leading multi-channel company for car parts and vehicle accessories. As an e-commerce retailer based in Berlin from the very beginning, our 3 large branches including master workshops in Berlin-Weißensee, Mahlsdorf and Spandau and our regular customers there are firmly part of us.

For this purpose, we are looking for a new colleague who is keen to shape this path together with their own ideas and drive the procurement product domain.

Your duties

• Product Manager with end-to-end ownership for the procurement product domain

• Responsibility for maximizing value delivered by related components such as procurement planning, purchase order placement as well as digitizing data transfer and automation with our suppliers

• Create a shared product vision and concrete milestones for the evolution of procurement systems of the kfzteile24 group

• Define, monitor and assess KPIs which reflect the delivery of business value and overall performance of the domain and its components - both incrementally and over time

• Assess and prioritize product opportunities, and generate, consolidate and test ideas that will solve challenging business & supplier problems

• Work collaboratively with Product Managers in other domains to provide best-in-class E2E solutions to both our suppliers as well as B2B and B2C customers

• You pursue a deep understanding of our stakeholders’ needs, driving relevant research within the organization and diving into large data sets to generate and validate your ideas

• Work together with our high-performing engineers, collaborate with internal stakeholders and other departments to ensure that priorities are aligned and we solve something that creates value - not because somebody said so

• Oversee end to end delivery of large projects spanning across multiple engineering teams

Your skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience in product management

• You are a champion of E-Commerce and/or retail processes and understand what it needs to succeed in omnichannel business models

• Prior automotive industry experience is a plus

• You enjoy solving high-impact, company-scale problems applying a mix of data, expertise and intuition

• You are curious, enjoy conducting research and discovery, pay attention to detail and are not afraid of challenging the status quo

• A track record of planning short- and long-term direction collaboratively, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders

• Display end to end accountability for the products - both during the development and the production phase

• You are fluent in German and English
